• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may attract cancellation charges.
• No-shows without prior notice may result in full booking charges.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Cancellation by Company

In rare situations such as vehicle breakdown, natural calamities, or unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative vehicle or a full refund.

Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their booking subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if there is a difference in service cost.
